When you learn how to eat and live in a way that is supportive for autoimmune ... from a place of knowledge and empowerment ... that's when you stop feeling like you’re always reacting to your health or a crisis.

The membership is intended to complement medical treatment and/or functional medicine/naturopathic recommendations (not replace them). We are often told by clients that we are the “missing piece” in their health team. The purpose is to create a sense of community and collaboration through education so we (as women) can support each other and our families in our healing journeys.

Who are your experts?

This passion-driven project is the heartfelt brainchild of Vanessa Bond, Certified Nutritional Practitioner and AIP coach. Frustrated by the lack of affordable options for professionally-guided care, Vanessa decided to partner with other like-minded professionals to combine expertise and serve a greater purpose.

Vanessa Bond brings not only 10 years of clinical experience to the Collective, she also brings the perspective of having her own autoimmune family. Vanessa is the mom of a teen with a rare rheumatic auto-inflammatory condition called CRMO (it’s similar to RA or JIA). The nutrition and health strategies she shares in this membership were key in changing the trajectory of her daughter’s health. These are also the strategies she uses in her private practice and in her group coaching programs

Loraine Burt is a Certified Yoga Instructor (Esther Myers), children’s author (Unicorn Caitie), mom to two amazing young adults, and a Toronto District School Board approved instructor. With a background in HR, her passion is helping women and families live more mindful, healthy and productive lives.

Let’s Take A Look At What’s Inside …

YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE:

This essential starting point includes foundational trainings for autoimmune nutrition, starting a restorative yoga practice and the power of breathwork to renourish the nervous system. You’ll also receive a decision making tree to help you determine which nutritional path is best for you, based on your health history, symptoms and what makes most sense for your family or life dynamics.

MONTH ONE: MORNING ROUTINES & CONNECTING WITH YOUR BODY

We rebuild your breakfast routine with a focus on nutrient dense meal options, drinks and introduce you to restorative poses, breath patterns and flows that help prime your body for the day ahead. We will also help you set goals for the month and provide week-by-week action steps so you move ahead with confidence.

MONTH TWO: EVENING ROUTINE & LETTING GO

This month, we teach you how to build an autoimmune friendly family meal, provide you with guidance on how to create a realistic meal plan for your busy schedule and provide you with various yoga restorative postures, breath patterns and flows to prepare the body for a good night’s sleep. There is also a strong focus on improving quality of sleep as sleep is the cornerstones of health and resilience.

MONTH THREE: DAYTIME & STAYING GROUNDED

We tackle daytime stressors, autoimmune friendly meals to help keep you nourished throughout the day (lunch and snack attacks) and provide you with postures, flows and breathwork you can use at the office, at home or even in the car!

MONTH FOUR AND BEYOND:

We continue to tackle nutrition, breath and body according to the calendar year and bring on additional expert collaborators. For instance, in December, we will dig into all things holiday. January, we will explore gratitude or perhaps gut health. February … heart smart and heart warming meals, movement and mindset strategies. Each month will have a new theme and new guest expert speakers based on community feedback and interest. The membership is yours for creation.
