Well, I'm a certified holistic nutritionist and Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach. I first became interested in inflammation during my own health journey (IBS, eczema, hormonal imbalance, stubborn weight loss). However, when my daughter was diagnosed with a rare, auto-inflammatory bone disease called CRMO, I dove deep into better understanding inflammation and its impact on our various systems. Today, my method follows a specific process that I know delivers results.
