This is a fun twist for breakfast. I find many clients are simply too busy to make breakfast in the morning, which is why overnight protein oats are an easy solution. It includes a minimum of 15g protein (depending on which brand you use) and you also get a hit of your favourite java.
1 cup Oats (rolled)
2 tbsps Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Cocoa Powder
2 servings Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Organic Coffee (brewed and chilled)
2 tbsps Cacao Nibs
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Divide between bowls or containers. Top with cacao nibs for some crunch. Enjoy!
