Meet Your Host - Vanessa Bond

My mission is to make natural, integrative health EASY and accessible so you have simple action steps to follow to improve your inflammatory pain, fatigue, digestive and weight challenges.

I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with 13+ years clinical experience, serving women, men and children with a wide range of inflammatory issues, including autoimmune. 

In my career, I've written three medically supervised weight loss programs, hosted dozens of group weight loss programs and have worked with hundreds of clients with inflammatory challenges restore health & confidence in their bodies.

I have one confirmed and 2 suspected autoimmune of my own (psoriasis, PsA, celiac). I'm also a mom of a 17-year-old warrior who is learning to thrive as she manages a rare auto-inflammatory bone disease called CRMO (similar to RA). I understand the everyday realities of managing a busy family on top of having to push through pain, cancel outings, take time off work and feel limited in your body and life.
