Gentle Yoga To Ease Joint, Muscle & Upper Body Tension, And Improve Energy At Any Time of Day!
Please enjoy these two short flows created specifically for autoimmune and hosted by Loraine Burt and Kristin Wedding.
We created these sequence for our members who carry a lot of stress in their necks, shoulders and side bodies. These are both under 15 minutes long. All you need is a chair, regular clothes & an open mindset to trying something new.
As with all nutrition and lifestyle changes, it is your responsibility to consult with your medical provider before trying any breathwork or yoga sequences.
Video #1: Gentle, Energizing Seated/Standing Flow To Ease Stiffness
Your first class is hosted by Loraine Burt. Lori is a Hashimoto's Warrior of 29 years, with 14+ years experience in supporting women with physical imbalances and large life loads (aka "stress") in the workplace and home.
As one of our founding partners in The Integrative Autoimmune Membership, Lori helps our students improve strength and flexibility of body and mind while living with autoimmune. All classes are designed specifically for autoimmune-related joints/muscles, fatigue, stress and digestive issues.
While this class is a bit more energetic to help shake away nervousness, Lori has a specialty in restorative yoga that promotes deep relaxation and healing, bringing the ground up to you.
